   Excellent Service. Value for Money. Easy to deal with. A great community business. Used these guys for my MOT twice now, really flexible with drop off and pick up times - fair pricing & even went the extra mile dropping my car back to me when I had an issue arrange collection around child care. Felt like I was dealing with humans instead of corporate systems which makes a nice change these days! (And they didn’t judge the mess in my car either ;) Highly recommended.

   I witnessed a GMS employee scrape the front of a Porsche (J77 ESG) this morning (24/06/25) at 8:45am while he was reversing out of a sloped driveway across their garage. I hope the owner of the car sees this review and checks for damage of their front. I had my car in GMS last month and they were very helpful and friendly. I noticed a scratch to the front of my car which I assumed to have been caused by myself. Until this morning, when I saw the carelessness of their staff, I wonder whether the scratch is caused by GMS or myself?

   Fantastic professional service and great value for money. I took my car in to have its fan motor replaced. Communication ahead of the day and during the day was fantastic. The repair was completed more quickly than I expected - with the car ready to collect by midday. The price for the work was also extremely competitive, particularly considering the high level of customer service. Thank you!

   Excellent service as always by the team there. Always courteous and fun, it makes the worries of owning a car a little easier to know you can always rely on their help and professionalism. I note the recent Google reviews and would suggest these are not reflective of the service at Greatbridge, look at the previous reviews to those, seems like sensationalism. I have been taking my various cars to the garage for 25 years and would always rate highly and I would be happy to personally vouch. Had a nasty tyre blow out a few days ago and everyone jumped to help. You will not get a better service in the area.
