Have booked a Hollywood wax here twice and not had great experiences. The staff were really friendly and welcoming and the salon is really clean and a nice environment. However, the first time I was given a strip wax rather than a hot wax which is what I requested on the phone when I booked. I’ve not known any reputable salon to recommend strip waxing for Hollywood so I was really surprised. Left lots of hair afterwards. I thought this was just a mistake so gave the benefit of the doubt and booked a second time, but again went home with a lot of hair left. During the wax itself the pulls were not clean and felt like the beautician was not very experienced. Not a horrible experience overall, just quite disappointed and wouldn’t book again.

Just had a hollywood wax at 36 weeks pregnant. Very friendly therapist- sorry didn’t catch name! No unfriendly/passive aggressive comments about the unruly state I was in or thickness of hair which I have had elsewhere in the past. Can’t say how much that means to me. Many thanks x
Beautiful surroundings in the salon, made to feel very welcome and very well looked after. Natasha is a very skilled beautician and my legs and feet look and feel amazing after my waxing and pedicure. The nail colour she helped me choose is perfect. Highly recommend Ruby Rose.
I had the most wonderful thermal pedicure today with Ellis, who was absolutely lovely. Friendly, calm and professional. She is a credit to the salon. A really lovely young woman, who is great at her job.
