   Frankie was lovely, and all the other team members were too. It was a little confusing to find it, but another staff member from another one of their buildings showed me the way. You get a nice little drink, which is a nice treat. Didn't take too long at all for a cut and finish, and Frankie made sure I was happy with it before I went. The prices are good too, pretty well in line with most places. The interior and exterior of the buildings are really nice too. Will definitely be coming back

   My daughter got her ears pierced today and it was brilliant. Such a lovely and caring service. I have one very happy little girl on my hands! Getting both sides pierced at once with two members of staff is such a brilliant idea. Thank you so much, can't recommend the salon enough

   Everyone was so lovely today. I’m so grateful to the lady who did my daughter’s ear piercing, (I’m sorry I forgot to ask her name)! She was so kind and understanding and super patient. M was anxious but she made it all go really smoothly and M is thrilled with her pretty earrings. Then Shannon was again very patient and kind to me and did a wonderful job taking the horrid acrylic off my nails. They now look natural and a lovely shape. I really appreciate all the time and care and will definitely coming back to your Salon.

   I can’t thank my hair and makeup team enough for making me feel so special on my wedding day! I first met Louise and Sian at my trial, and from the very beginning they listened so carefully and created exactly the look I had envisioned. On the big day itself, Louise worked her magic with my makeup and Sian styled my hair so beautifully. They were joined by Amy and Beth, who were absolute stars in helping with the huge task of getting 8 bridesmaids, my mum, and my Nan all ready. Everything ran smoothly, and everyone looked incredible. Not only are they so talented, but they’re also such a calming and lovely presence to have around on a busy wedding morning. Thanks to Louise, Sian, Amy, and Beth, I felt absolutely beautiful and my whole bridal party looked stunning too. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

   I was lucky enough to have Xena do my wedding hair and Louise do my makeup. At my trial they were both absolutely fantastic and recreated exactly what I wanted from a few inspiration photos. On my wedding day we also had Erin to help Louise with the bridesmaids makeup. Everyone was absolutely thrilled with their hair and makeup and all three ladies were so lovely. They really made the wedding morning stress free and so much fun. I can’t thank you ladies enough! Also a shout out to Dolly who made organising everything so smooth, she responded quickly to any query I had and was a pleasure to deal with.

   My hairdresser has gone on maternity leave and I was having problems with a bob cut and unruly hair. I booked in with Sasha & explained the problems I was having. She knew exactly what was needed and I left with a haircut I know will behave and I'll feel good going out. I can't wait to see what she'll do with my highlights. Its so good when you find a hairdresser who knows what will suit your hair and lifestyle. I would recommend her to anyone.

   What an exceptional and professional team there is in the salon. I walked in and instantly was greeted by smiling staff. Where as normally I would feel really awkward and anxious. I felt welcomed and instantly helped. My young girls were with me aswell and the owner and her staff were talking to them and making them feel welcome too. I would highly recommend.
