AVOID AVOID GETTING EYEBROWS THREADED FROM HERE ... I have just been to the reading primark store and had my eyebrows done and its been the worst experience. My eyebrows are ruined and I had to ask the lady 3 times to take out missed hair which she was huffing and puffing about. She has completely ruined my eyebrows and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. SO unprofessional and staff that have very poor threading experience and the customer service was even bad. AVOID GETTING THREADING done from this place.
Friendly staff but the gel chipped on most of the nails in less than 24h. Desperate getting gel polish done a day before Christmas to make sure they last, I ended up with chipped nails over Christmas. We are going away on 27th so sadly I won’t be able to visit the store after Christmas to complain. Very poor job. I used to be a regular customer but I won’t be back.
Worst experience ever!!!! Came in for gel nails, the lady that worked on me seemed to clearly have no clue of what she does. She cut the skin close to my nails and I bled for about an hour and so. The gel itself was so thin that I could see my nail underneath it. It started coming off the next day and I just took everything off coz my fingers are still hurting so bad. The picture I have attached was taken on the next day!! Never returning!!!
Great service. I always get my eyebrows done here. They are very friendly and it’s really good value for money
Staff over there is extremely rude, I use service for ages but I used to go to Windsor store, I have never ever been treated like this. I walked in today and saw big que and ask if I will be served just to hear I am not gonna be served as after the person right before me the lady is going for her break for 30 minutes, which is completely fine and understandable. So I left and decided to come back after 45 minutes, and I did to again heard that this lady just left for her break because she was still serving other customers even thought I was told I'm not gonna be served. The two ladies which were doing nails over there were extremely rude and denied that they told me I'm not gonna be served. I have wasted an hour of my time, being treated like a trash, and all of that for what ? I don't recommend this shop at all, unfortunately for me I have a package with them, hopefully I will be able to cancel it as I am not coming there at all.
I had the most horrific experience at lashious beauty, I have never experience this before. It was so bad, I had to report to the police station based on racist comments and emotional trauma. After the experience I had, I knew i was never going back and I requested a refund as I had previously paid for block bookings and they said they do not do refunds. So, in addition to a police report, I will be definitely be reaching out to claim my money back. I am not giving out free money after the experience I just had!
Horrible service!! I’m appalled. They were really snarky and rude when I went in to my a lash appointment, they kept looking at each other and laughing at me because I didn’t know my phone number by heart (I just got a new phone). We made an appointment for Sunday and they took a 5 pound deposit. Sunday morning I get a call from them which I missed because I was in the shower, I called back after 10 minutes and no one picked up, I called three more times to no answer. I didn’t think much of the missed call thinking that they called to confirm the appointment as most beauty shops do. I went in for my appointment and the store was CLOSED, with no note, nothing even though it says it was open on google. I could not get in touch with anyone which is bizarre because they took a deposit!! I understand that I missed one call but they could have done more to ensure I didn’t waste my time and money going all the way there, they should have called again, texted, sent me and email or even out up a sign saying why they were closed since it was the middle of the day and they took a deposit!! I called them again the next morning to reschedule and after letting my phone ring for a minute they hung up on me. I’m just done at this point, I want a refund for my deposit.
I’ve been coming to Zuzana to do my nails for a good number of years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. She’s super professional, does a fantastic job and the chat is great too! People always compliment my nails and I always recommend Zuzana ;-)
Terrible. Told girl 3 times I had gel on my natural nails. Gel polish removed with electric buffer. Niles filed so thin they are constantly peeling. Photos immediately after. No apology from the Manager. Now fingers painful to use and NO response form Head Office. I am complaining to Beauty Ombudsman and Trading Standards as the staff have inadequate training/supervision and English. DO NOT GO THERE
