   I had the last appointment of New Years eve with Emily. I was warmly greeted as I entered, offered a coffee and within a few minutes having my hair washed. Emily was running a few minutes over, no worries, she apologised profusely. She listened very carefully, gave sound advice & supported me with the terrifying decision I'd made to cut my fringe. I cannot thank or recommend Emily & the lovely receptionist enough. Thank you both for making the experience a GREAT one.

   Always love getting my hair done with Kischa! All the staff are nice, the vibe of the place is nice, good music, good coffee, good products you can buy. And my hair is always nice. I've never felt rushed and never been delayed. Love Shotz wish I found it sooner - I was recommended by a friend.

   I went for a women’s cut today. I’ve been to many hair salons, but I’ve never experienced a place as warm, friendly, and genuinely talented as this one. Lily is absolutely brilliant. She dealt with my thick hair with such care and precision. I’m especially happy with my fringe! (so glad I found you!!) I’ll definitely be recommending this place to people around me, and I’ll be coming back for sure. Thank you Lily!

   The service is excellent, the staff are all lovely, the price is great. One of the best salons I've ever been to, and I'm very particular with my hair. They listen to me and are friendly but take queues from you on whether you want a chatty appointment or not, which is very much appreciated. They're all fantastic.

   Soooo happy! Popped in one day just to ask about a colour transformation (pinky/purple to salt and pepper grey) and after leaving a hair sample to test, they came back to say yes they could do it! My old salon in the town where I used to live was a downright no! The poor ladies had to put up with me for 5 hours, but the results were amazing and exactly what I was after. Thank you sooo much to Kischa for being patient with me, and thank you to the other lady who gives the best head massages! I'll definitely be a returning customer!

   I went in for a restyle and had a flawless experience. The place had a great atmosphere with all the stylists being very welcoming. They obviously had a lot of repeat clients as well. I had Lily Rose cut my hair and she did an amazing job both with my hair and just generally making me feel welcome. They also have massage chairs to sit in when you get your hair washed so that's a really nice touch. Highly recommend if you want a salon with a nice atmosphere and fair prices.

   First time I’ve been to this hair salon and have to say what a joke of a service. Very poor pricing explanation. Had a short 3 cm trim at the back that took less than 10 minutes from start to finish. Asked for the price to pay which they had a small discussion that took longer than the cut itself that turned out to be 31 pounds. According to the website it’s 28 maximum from a senior cut. But how convenient of them to bump up an extra few pounds just because they felt like it. Called the place and a women picked up, obviously haven’t got a clue about pricing and what she’s talking about, handed the phone over to I assume the male owner with very bad attitude. Said the following and I quote ”we dictate the price based on how well we’ve done the haircut and the length of the hair”. Wow truly a well established hair salon with such great professionalism. Fire yourself if your the owner and sell the place thank you very much. You surely don’t know much about cutting peoples hair and working in the service industry.
