Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. I was there for a free patch test, but after the wonderful interaction with Masha and Olga. I really wanted my lashes done immediately. Juli's studio is a place to be. Guys thank you for having me as your new client.
Experience overall was ok but not the best. I was disappointed to be charged the full amount for an incomplete service. Masha was kind enough to point out that my 3 nails were slightly green which was infected and refused to complete the service plus no mention of refund. Furthermore, when I asked to get my 7 nails done she accepted it and I felt slightly better but still sad. Overall experience was ok for the price. I would say the options were very limited for situations like these because if I didn't ask Masha to get my nails done she would happily charge me full price £60+ for file removal and cuticles only but because I insisted she then was happy to charge £30 instead. I still feel uncomfortable when I look at my receipt and see that I was fully charged for all nails when 3 nails remain undone. There was no room to discuss price as the nail tech emphasized that she needs to get paid for her time. I just wished there more options and flexibility to handle situations like these rather than wait for customers to complain or leave bad reviews publicly. Be aware that they do not provide refund or compensation even if you don't receive full service.
It was my first time having a lash lift/tint and visiting Juli lash studio and I couldn’t fault it. I’m so happy with how my lashes turned out and Anna was amazing! I will definitely be coming back :)

As always, Yuliia done an excellent job. It is so much more than just having your manicure done. You feel valued and that this time is for you. I would highly recommend BIAB done here as your nails will be healthy even if you do it regularly. I usually go for 4 hands manicure and pedicure every three weeks with Yuliia and Tania (if one of them is not available Masha is stepping in). Choosing 4 hands is saving time as you have them done in the same time. Recently I discovered Japanese manicure as I needed to keep my nails with nothing on due to a surgery I had. After 3 weeks the nails looked amazing. If you are in a job that requires you to have your nails with no nail polish on, this is for you.
This is the best manicure I have ever had. So efficient, finished to perfection and such attention to detail. Really nice salon environment and the staff are very welcoming. Will definitely be returning.

I've been going to Juli Lash for about 3 years now and I've never had anything but positive experiences. Xenia always leaves my lashes looking amazing, is super friendly and lovely to chat to. All of the staff are professional and welcoming and make it an enjoyable and relaxing space to spend your time in.
I would highly recommend Juli Lash Studio! Few days ago I had lash lift mentoring with Julija she shared her knowledge with me and explained everything extremely well. The mentoring structure was a good mix of theory and practical. I'm so glad that I choose Juli Lash Studio!
