Sales prevention at its best! Didn't have my click and collect order so that was it as far as he was concerned. I persevered and he eventually came up with the battery I'd ordered on line. Don't think I'd use them again. They've answered my review with Ai, the link they've sent isn't live and doesn't work !!
No one serving at counter even after pressing bell. Terrible service
I was very disappointed with the service I received at the front desk. The staff member, Summer, was rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful. She seemed like she couldn’t be bothered with her job, and there was no effort to provide even basic courtesy, let alone go the extra mile for guests. For someone in a front-facing role, this kind of attitude leaves a very poor impression and makes the overall experience unpleasant.
!!!!UNBELIEVABLE COMPANY!!!! Email confirmation for my 3-4 day delivery (placed 12pm Saturday)..........knock on the door and in my hand 30 minutes after receiving email confirmation :-) Driver said I got lucky he just got into the Depo so thought may aswell send it out Happy days, thank you Euro Car Parts!

Euro carparts is well known for inexpensive carparts.There prices are very good compare to dealers and there other rivals.The staff is helpful and they have good information about parts.The car park is always full so parking is bit of a issue.if I take out the parking issue I would rate it 5 stars.well recommended..
