Tried the drive through but not sure if the speaker was a speaker or what - it wasn’t working and had zero signage. Was advised to drive round again - opted to take trade elsewhere instead. It’s a Starbucks - only drink this swill if I’m desperate.

Rude and unhelpful staff who do not understand their own company policies. I drive 1000+ miles throughout Scotland each week for work and get Starbucks every day wherever I am located. The staff at this branch speak down to you in the most unpleasant way. They really seem to believe they are better than the customer. Genuinely not come across it before - only ever experienced polite and helpful staff at every other branch I go to. I also worked for many years in the service industry and would not have been allowed to behave as they do.
Had a coffee here today through the drive through. What can I say the staff are always friendly coffee was perfect. Not been here for a few months but was passing and it really stands out how good they are at there job over other Starbucks I visit
Great food and drinks but, cleaning during quiet periods could be more focused on. Came the other night and only myself and one other customer were in, 5 staff members but, nobody cleaning. One was using his phone behind the till.
Orders 2 drinks on app and never got what I ordered and to make things worse they tried to serve me a half full venti and when I complained I was told it was for safety but the other venti was full so they are ripping customers off deliberately as when I tried to talk with the manager his attitude was absolutely shocking and when I asked for area manager he said call head office so my advice is check your drinks
I love overpriced cold coffee in mooring, but hey if your willing to pay the premium its perfect .
Just what you expect from Starbucks. Everything done properly, it's open a lot of hours and it's always open when it's meant to be unlike small cafes in this area that just do whatever they feel like. Parking outside, staff are pleasant. If you don't mind a corporate cafe this is a good one.
Been at the drive through twice this week once it took 25 minutes for 3 coffees and being the front of the queue, no apologies for the wait and the coffee was cold, sat in once and the shop floor looked filthy, uncleaned tabled etc
