After some research, I ordered a Dog Guard and Boot Divider for my new car from Travall. It arrived on time and I followed the directions to try and fit it to my car. At this point I ran into some difficulties and was unable to lock the rear seats back in position and so contacted customer services. They were extremely helpful making suggestions as to overcome my issues. What they didn't initially say, but later became evident, is that they investigated the matter thoroughly trying the product in exactly the same (unusual and rare) car to make sure it fitted. Travall sent spare parts in case these were at fault. Eventually I managed to make the dog guard fit, not because it was faulty but because I was faulty in not following the directions fully. Full marks to Travall for persevering with my difficulties and patience with a potentially difficult customer.
Bought a dog guard and divider for my new Skoda Octavia. The guard was well made and fitted brilliantly and was very easy to put together. However the divider I bought was incorrect for my vehicle (this was my fault I ordered the wrong one). Spoke with Dean from the customer services on the phone and explained the situation. He arranged for the incorrect guard to be picked up by DX express and at the same time ordered the correct one to be delivered. Next day they turned up with my new guard and took the wrong one away. So impressed with how helpful they were on the phone and how easy they made it for me to get the replacement. Everything is now installed in the car and I couldn’t be happier with the products. Great service and highly recommend!
Was worried following previous reviews but the experience has been fine. The dog guard was easy to fit. One part didn't seem quite long enough so emailed support and they rectified it for me, sending new parts. Within a few weeks I'd lost a rubber grip when moving the guard. Emailed again and got sent spares free of charge. Very happy overall as now have significantly more boot space without worrying about things falling over onto kids. Extremely reasonably priced too!
Great company, great products. Fast delivery. Quality products that last. Just bought a dog guard to fit existing boot guard system which I bought in 2016.Still got car and boot mats from 2016 too. Fits perfectly, easy to follow instructions, really pleased.Many thanks Jon (Chesterfield)

Good product. Terrible customer service. Been trying to organise a return for nearly 3 weeks. No one responds to the online messaging service and the phone number just cuts off. I am going to have to send to the address on the website and hope that generates a response or I will be stuck with an item that is no good to me Never received such a shocking service. Seriously sort out you customer service

Five Star service from this company. I have spent 2 weeks researching and trying to find a boot liner for my Discovery 4. I have looked at several different brands on auction sites and amazon and there was conflicting information on everyone i looked at. I settled on Travall based on the fact that i could speak to someone based in the UK and they were able to confirm all of my queries. The liner arrived the very next morning, bearing in mind I ordered it at 13:00 I was very impressed. It comes well packaged and fits a treat, there is a slight lip upwards to stop spilt fluid or grime spilling over the side and even the cut outs for the seat belts and lashing points have lips. You have to cut out the rubber to expose the lashing points and seatbelts but this is easily performed with a sharp blade or pair of scissors and you can spend anything from 2 minutes to 10 minutes depending on how pedantic you are, it took me 10. :) Then its simply a case of rolling it out lining it up and letting it sit there and stop dirt, sand, mud, grime and everything else making its way into the rear 2 seats. It will also roll up and fit behind the seats if they are in use which hard plastic ones will not. I was also concerned with many reports from customers buying other brands about the overpowering rubber smell, I am happy to report that this is also not an issue and there is nothing overpowering about this product other than the value for money. 5 Star service with a 5 Star product.
