   My friend visited this salon yesterday and, as a shy and anxious person, didn’t feel confident enough to complain about the poor quality of her nails. When I went back with her just 5 minutes later to politely ask the nail tech to look at her work, I was shocked by the reaction I received. I explained that I had recommended this salon to my friend, so it was embarrassing to see the quality delivered. Instead of calmly addressing the concern, the nail tech started shouting at me and rudely said she would “pay me” if I could do a better job on my friend’s toes. It got worse—she made inappropriate comments about my friend’s ethnicity, pointing out that she was “complicating things because she’s Filipino.” This behaviour is completely unacceptable. I am not a thief, and I always pay for services. As a branch manager for a well-established retail store in the same town, why would I ever refuse to pay and then return to the same shop? Yet she stood there shouting, shaking, and embarrassing us in front of other customers before kicking us out of the salon. To make matters worse, their response to my friend’s review was rude and dismissive, further showing the kind of establishment this is. 100% would not recommend! If you care about professionalism, customer service, and respect, avoid this place at all costs

   I cannot recommend this place enough!!! The sweetest and talented staff, i always walk out of there with a smile everyone is just so lovely! - Any other salon i go to i always walk out with hurt cuticles, this has not happened to me even once in here they are so gentle! You come in with a inspiration picture of what you want and walk out with something even better. I love this place

   They are the nicest people ever!! I love my nails everytime I come over and it’s so amazing!! They are so stunning on my nails every single time honestly. I cannot even go to another place unless it’s here. It’s family owed and they are the best!! The service is quick too and so accurate. My nails look like they are from Pinterest!! I love them. I have never gotten my nails done unhappy here. Always feeling my best after a trip from their nail salon

   I love coming here. It’s been almost a year since I started coming here to get my nails done. The people are so nice and they are so quick too!! The price is reasonable and honestly it’s the best!! I’ve tried everywhere around Reading and they have the best service yet!! Always excel on my nails and never too fussed abt it either. They give me nail ideas too and I absolutely love it!! Here’s some of the nails I’ve gotten done by them

   The lady boss is for me the best in reading - however these last couple of weeks have been a bit of a let down… asking people to come back in 30/40min and then doing other people doing their nails which make you still wait an extra 40min ! Making me pay 10£ for car park - shame also to see price raising to an extra 3£ ! Love to have my nails done there but unfortunately won’t be going back again - if you have lots of people you should maybe put in place a booking system and stick to it !

   I used to love getting my nails done here but in recent times the technique has gone downhill. I got my nails done by a man there, acrylics with shellac colour and they've applied it so thick and unevenly, my nails are different lengths and there's clear top coat on my skin. Because of this plus the price increase, I don't think I'll be coming back here which is a shame EDIT : thank you for offering for me to come back, can I take an email address or number to sort this out?
