    Staff are lovely but the coffee is such a hit or miss. Quite often the milk is scorching hot, taking away all of the sweetness and making it sour - a shame.

    COSTA in Aberdeen Business School Poor service all round. Distracted man on till to whom I had to repeat my choices several times. The Barista did not receive my order so I stood whilst 4 people were served in front of me. All staff seemed to have zero knowledge or experience serving a hard of hearing customer. I won't be back, terrible service and humiliating for me
