I always love my hair cuts, Sophie is an absolute professional and so good with soft skills. She remember lots of details previously discussed. The haircut itself is always spot on l always walk away extremely happy with the style. Sophie is a true asset to Zappas. My experience is very enjoyable from the moment l step into the salon
As usual debbie\jo did a grand blow dry. She always gets the best out of my hair. She also trimmed my granddaughters hair and made her feel comfortable and happy to be in the chair .
I have now visited the salon on 3 occasions Maddie has always looked after me she spends time to discuss what you want checks you are happy with the results and discusses what you would like in the future. She truly cares, I can say I really enjoy going to have my hair done now all the ladies are so lovely and make you feel special but so happy to have found Maddie she’s a star
I had a lovely experience with Jess today, she was so friendly. My hair was beautifully done and I had so many compliments on my hair. Definitely the best bouncy blow/dry pin up that I have ever had. I will definitely return. Thank you

Lovely experience today. All the staff are professional and a pleasure to be around. I did a consultation on Friday with Georgia and a skin test, which was really helpful, listening to all my preferences and on Monday I saw Rhys and he took care of my hair beautifully. Very attentive and dedicated to his job, once again being open to my requests and answering all my questions. Ended up with an amazing makeover and some good products that I'm looking forward to try! I was a bit reluctant as I didn't have the best experience with a previous saloon that I tried,but I'm happy I decided to give them a go! I never fail to be impressed with Zappas Peach St. Georgia H did my colour last and it was brilliant, I was so happy with it for the first time in a long time (new to this salon). Chloe took so much care of me today for my cover job and having spent 1.5 hours in there it was such good value. These guys are very professional but still make you feel comfortable.
