   Ellie has been cutting my hair for over a year now. She is an amazing hair dresser. Always listens to what you want and gives great advice. I have fine hair and she knows exactly what to do with it. Bonus is she’s super lovely! Bean oak salon gives you a great experience with choices of drinks and massage chairs while your hair is being washed. I’m based in North London so time my visits to Berkshire around my hair appts! It’s worth the drive!

   Jake has been doing my hair for years now, and I honestly can’t recommend him enough. Every single appointment, he’s consistently professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about what will work best for my hair type and style. I always walk out happy with the result. He really takes the time to listen to what I want, while also offering honest advice and expert suggestions that I trust completely.

   I had the most wonderful experience at Zappas with Tara. I only went there to have a trim. Tara took so much time and showed so much interest in me and my expectations regarding my hair. She made suggestions as to how I could put it up wear it down. I have been growing my hair since June. Tara was friendly and joyful. I felt as though she was really interested in what I wanted. Considering it was just a trim she took a lot of time. My hair was cut beautifully and looks exactly as I wanted. I was given 2 cappuccino s. Over all it was a lovely morning.

   I have been bringing my daughter to Zappas on bean oak road for a few years now. Kristy usually styles her hair and with year 11 prom coming up we were looking for something extra and so we were introduced to Chloe. For 6 hours Chloe transformed my daughters hair and gave her exactly what she needed to feel as special as shes always been in her mothers completely biased opinion. From brunette to black with hot pink stripes. Chloe you're fantastic! C is still smiling. Thank you for that. Also whilst I patiently waited Georgia went to work on my unruly locks. We both left feeling as light as air. Staff friendly, helpful, accommodating and will keep you hydrated and then you'll leave looking amazing. Zappas on bean oak road. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

   Sam was extremely patient and meticulous. He continuously gave me opportunities to voice what I wanted to ensure that I was happy with my hair, even when my hair was taking such a long time to style that the store had even passed closing time! Furthermore, there was excellent customer service from everyone. I would wholly recommend coming here.

   Curly Sue was just wonderful! She really took the time to help my daughter understand what choices would work best with her curly hair, as well as when and how to use specific products. I've come away with so much more knowledge, I feel like I've taken a mini course in curly hair management! And of course, Sue’s given my daughter a gorgeous and versatile cut. Delighted!

   I couldn't have found a better salon, and hairdresser, to colour my hair in preparation for my upcoming wedding. Faultless experience, from consultation to the process on the day. I so rarely colour my hair, so I was very picky about where and who was to do my hair, but I couldn't be happier with the results Lauren delivered. She was reassuring, explained all the products and process and was just the most lovely, genuine and passionate person. I can't wait to go back!
