   Had a 9 o’clock appointment got there at 8:55 to be polite, only to be told to wait outside in the cold, spent five minutes outside to look in while they sat there unbelievable. So avoid getting get there early, get there late instead to avoid getting colds. Once in Ola was amazing got offered a hot coffee and a great Hair cut so would have been 5 stars but waiting in cold was a bit unfair.

   This was my first appointment at headmasters. I had a fantastic experience with Khadeeja. I went in for a cut and blow-dry, and during the appointment she recommended an additional treatment to help hydrate my hair. I’m so glad she did, because it left my hair feeling incredibly soft and hydrated. She really listened to what I wanted and guided me toward the best approach to get a great result. The styling and cut itself is perfect. she was also super friendly, and easy to talk to throughout. Massive thank you khadeeja.

I was later booked in with Jade - her 10 years of experience is unparalleled and shone from the moment I sat down. She’s precise, passionate, and genuinely invested in getting the best result. The colour, the condition, the finish - she transformed everything and far exceeded my expectations. Jade even gave me practical advice on how to maintain the colour and keep it looking healthy - such a gem!    I visited headmasters on Monday to have the “Me Day Makeover Premium” service. My hair was done by Vicky, who had very kindly squeezed me in after my earlier appointment that day had to be changed. Vicky was very attentive, listened to what I wanted to achieve and brought out a colour chart for me to look at so that I could see all options available to me. The service was very smooth, relaxing and I understood what was being done at every step. I left the salon feeling very happy! I would definitely recommend and will be returning for future hair appointments.
