I have been coming here for years. Richard and his whole staff are so friendly. Ive had many piercings that have all healed well and never fallen out! Richard is clear on his instructions for aftercare and the whole team are super friendly. Highly recommended!
I've had 3 piercings by Richard so far, & he was amazing. He made me feel at ease, relaxed & i had a really enjoyable experience. He's professional, informative & know's his stuff. I've had skin divers that I love. I stupidly knocked the 1st 1 out on day 2, & Richard sorted it out for me (i hadn't follwed the aftercare procedure properly, that he had fully explained to me at the time!). I would highly recommend him & looking foward to my next piercing.
My long-awaited helix piercing turned into a nightmare. I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone. They have 5 stars, but there was no Richard, just a very unpleasant blonde woman who acted like she didn't want to work there. I went with a friend and got our ears pierced for £30 for two helix piercings. She didn't explain whether I needed to do any aftercare. She said that water was very good, and that was it. A very unpleasant woman. For the first week, my ear was very sore and had a lot of puss coming out of it. I rinsed it with water as she told me. Two days ago, I ended up in A&E due to a severe infection and contamination.My ear was cut open to prevent further infection, both the piercings had to be removed by the 2 nurses as my ear had swollen up so badly it was extremely difficult for the nurses to remove. I have never been in so much pain and discomfort so I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, AND I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON AFFECTED BY THIS. My friend also ended up in the A&E the same night as me. I’m now on antibiotics to sort this issue out.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Richard and the team at Trilogy are absolutely amazing! I got my tragus piercing done there and I love it. Richard is so kind, caring, and makes you feel completely relaxed throughout. The aftercare and attention to detail are outstanding. I honestly couldn’t recommend Richard and the Trilogy team enough!
Iv now had 3 peircings here from 2 different people and I absolutely LOVE IT iv had no problems with the peircings and the people who do it are absolutely amazing and friendly love this place have recommended to alot of people thank you will be coming back for more soon
Don't normally do reviews but I got my nose pierced by an absolute sweetheart called Sofia and she could not have been more perfect. She was wonderfully attentive to me and what I wanted. Kind, caring and accommodating don't even come close to doing enough justice in describing just how amazing she was! Super informative with aftercare information too. Overall it could not have been a better experience!
Had a great experience here - was take care by Sofia? Sorry if I’ve gotten your name wrong. She really took care of me & gave me a lovely piercing - she was very adamant on sharing info regarding aftercare which I think is important and can appreciate it too. Will be going back soon!
I had an appointment for a piercing last week and I am extremely happy with my new piercing and with the customer service I received from Sofia. I was comprehensively informed on what to expect before the piercing, how to care for my new piercing both immediately after and also once my piercing had healed. Sofia was lovely, which made me feel at ease and gave me confidence, something that I hadn’t experienced before when getting a piercing. Thank you.
I have recently had 4 new piercings by Richard and he was amazing, he is so professional but down to earth and made me feel at ease right away. After care was great and he was very helpful. I will definitely be returning for my next piercing. I have also had my high lights and hair styled which again I found all the staff amazing and love my new hair. It’s so good that I can get a piercing and hair done at once. Love it there and all the staff!!! ❤️
