Mick is a great guy and always does his best to make his customers happy. I took my vehicle in for a service and MOT. My vehicle failed the test. He recommended some repairs and I was given a courtesy car for the day free of charge. The next day everything was fixed and my vehicle passed the MOT.

Couldn’t recommend this garage enough to anyone! I went to his garage after another company had failed to do a job I paid them to do but made things a lot worse meaning I couldn’t drive my car. I went to Mikes team to try and fix the issue and they rectified the issue all within a hour and my car was safe to drive. I had no booking just pulled up and they sorted me out and made my car safe to drive! This is now my go to garage and will never go anywhere else. Amazing customer service and amazing prices!

My clutch was orriginally replaced at this garage, although they were very quick to do the job after receiving it back i didn't feel confident with how it felt, I soon realised it had pressure issues, so I had the master cylinder replaced at a different garage. It seemed fine for a while but when the clutch failed to work (this was diagnosed by the AA) I took it back to micks garage as they had been the ones who had fitted it. They initially said it wasn't the clutch and they would attempt to diagnose the problem after weeks of me chassing them for answers, i made several phone calls and I was told someone will phone me back and never did. Then what felt like constant excusses, delays and lies from them when i did make contact for example at one point they said it had a seized calliper which it certinaly wasnt as when we broke down we had managed to push quite a way then again it was fine when pushing it to the recovery truck. Then said they couldn't start it as they couldn't find the starter button! (Which is right next to the on button.) They kept making excuses as to why they hadn't diagnosed the problem. Inculding that they short staffed, at one point the micanic was at a funeral for a few days. Then they said it wasnt the clutch it was maybe a lose fly wheel. When I suggested getting it diagnosed somewhere else they finally agreed it was the clutch and it was a faulty part so would be covered after all. After being without it for 4 weeks we were finally able to pick it up so went to collect it to find the wing mirror was missing from the passenger side. On closer inspection the bonnet had been scraped and other wing mirror had been replaced it looked as though the wing itself has been replaced if not replaced it had definitely been badly resprayed there were scuffs on the A pillar small scratches on bonnet and bumper. The door trim had been swapped as it was a different length and the original wording on the trim wasn't even there. The garage has not admitted the car was in an accident but there is no question in my mind that it has clearly been in one. (This would also explain why they were constantly stalling and why it took a month to get it back.) I obviously spotted the missing mirror and a-pillar straight away and when I asked if it had been crashed the man chuckled under his breath and walked away. They will not admit it had been involved in anaccident but did offer to fix the mirror that they said they didn't know had been broken and insist must have been done while it was parked on the roadside except if that were true how were the parts of the broken mirror inside my car so they clearly did know that it was broken. I did not except the offer of fixing the mirror as I did not want to leave my car a minute longer than nessisary. My advice is DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE! They are completely untrustworthy and in my opinion incompetent.

Never seen poor service like it. Was not interested in the slightest in fixing a minor issue on the car. Even with repeated calls and emails. When they did look at the car to fix a minor leak, the body language was clear, he was not interested or bothered. I would not recommend.

I booked my car in for a starter motor change via Euro Car Parts; the price was very reasonable, the service great, and the staff very friendly.
