Simon served me earlier today when I was querying a problem with a usb cigarette socket charger that I had purchased from one of your competitors (which I returned). It was only a £9.99 part that I purchased, but his help and cooperation was brilliant. He is a credit to Halfords Ashbourne.
Bought and had a new dash cam fitted at Halfords in Ashbourne. Staff were very polite and friendly. We had to return a couple of days later as we had problems syncing the app. A very knowledgeable gentleman called Scott assisted us in explaining what to do and also repositioned the camera as the screen was slightly hidden by the rear view mirror. Came away feeling much more confident. Would highly recommend this store for its friendly and knowledgeable staff

Came down for some engine oil for my car. Hadn't got a clue which brand to buy or what types did what. A member of staff clearly explained to me what I needed, the difference between the oils and found the one recommended by my car manufacturer. Very knowledgeable and friendly
Replacement of car wiper blades was done very quickly and efficiently by a friendly, very professional and competent pleasant member of the staff. I would be happy to recommend Halfords to all my friends and relatives.
Shocking service. Not worth the one star! Ordered a new stereo and fitting service for my van on 28th Jan to be told that the earliest date they could fit would be 4th March. Turned up on the day to be told they knew nothing about it, showed assistant my receipt, who said to her colleague that i was there to have a stereo fitted, by him, she also said that her colleague was the person who had entered my order on the system. The second assistant who i thought would be fitting my stereo said he would go and have a look. When he came back after about 5 mins, his response was that he was fitting a dashcam, and he then told me that they had not been able to employ a fitter, therefore could not fit my stereo. No communication from the company whatsoever. Needless to say I shall be taking my money elsewhere, and Halfords will not be seeing me again.
Always willing to help especially Rich. He seems to be a fountain of knowledge. But saying that, all the team in the store are helpful. Would always recommend.
