   I want to say a big thank you to Tabitha for taking such great care of my hair this year. After some bad experiences elsewhere, I was ready to give up on being blonde, but I’m so glad I gave it one last try at Toni&Guy. Tabitha is incredibly talented and does a perfect job with my highlights every time. My hair is now in great condition thanks to her and Aiden. Aiden is a true professional and always does a fantastic job with my haircut. Thank you both and Merry Christmas!

   Quick booking, plenty of options for bookings. Arrived earlier and was seeing straight away. Emily was very nice and professional, actually cared for what I wanted and explained what could be done. Got my trust straight away and the service was very good. Very happy with outcome as well.

   The best hair salon in Reading. I had my highlights done by Kim and the result was better than i expected. My hair looks looks so beautiful now. Everybody in the salon is very nice and there is a good energy there :) I highly recomend this place.

   wanted a brown hair dye. What I got instead was red hair. When I went back to get it corrected, they somehow made it even worse – my hair turned purple. I’m beyond disappointed. This is basic colour theory and hairdressing 101 – how does a professional salon mess up twice? The lack of care, accountability, and skill was appalling. I was left embarrassed walking around with hair colours I never asked for, and I’ve had to spend more money and time trying to fix their mistake. I’ve now submitted a formal complaint to HR, and if I don’t receive a response or resolution, I’ll be taking legal action. I’m attaching photos to show exactly what they did to my hair. Avoid this place if you care about your hair – I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.

   It was a very bad experience I’ve ever had.. I had an appointment to dye my hair in August ,2022 . I wasn’t satisfied with the results and when I asked her to fix it (which they charged me for), she fixed it with an angery attitude and unfortunately it became worse! Even when I payed for their mistake to fix. They didn’t even inform me that I will be charged for the “fix” until they did everything. And now my hair became very dry and very very tangled and hard to brush. the hair stylist that dyed my hair was pregnant (I can’t remember her name). I tried calling after but they didn’t answer until I went back to my country. And I’m still struggling with my hair until this day! Never coming again and NEVER recommending ;((!!

   I booked a hair appointment in at 09:45 and only got a 25 min warning about it being cancelled? I was already driving and got myself up and ready on my day off for this. No apology, just more interested about rebooking me in. I have booked another appointment Friday, but if I’m honest if I find another appointment elsewhere I am going to take it. As a repeat customer, you would have though some offer of discount or some form of apology could have been offered. Not impressed

   Really not happy with my time here. I booked in after having my hair done in the toni and guy in cardiff. Was very disappointed. I booked in to have a cut and finish.I felt there was little communication from the hair stylist, and what he was going to do. I absolutely hate the cut and feel embarrassed to go out in public. I cannot style it in anyway that looks nice. It was not finished. I made it very clear that i always curl my hair, I was told this was not possible. I booked and had saved up for this as i was going to an event afterwards, which I was then late to due to having to style my own hair after paying £76! I am really upset by the look of my hair now. I felt utterly unimportant and a burden, i felt I was spoken to and my head moved quite aggressively. The only good thing about my visit was the lovely girl who washed my hair.
