I have had the pleasure of using Brookspeed a couple of times now and have no hesitation in recommending them. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been friendly, professional and efficient; I’m confident my car has been fully serviced at a reasonable price. If you have a Porsche you cherish, use Brookspeed.

I have been using Brookspeed to maintain my car since 2020, but I’ve finally given up with them. Every time there seems to be an issue. From simple things like not cleaning the car, to poor workmanship and also attempting to overcharge me, there’s just been far too many issues. This time around I didn’t get very far, as after an initial discussion I never received a price for the work requested. Premium prices but far from a premium service. I’m now booked in for the work to be done elsewhere.
I bought a set of wheels for my Cayman from Brookspeed and couldn't have been more impressed by their helpfulness, friendliness, and service. As I am in Glasgow, they couldn't be much further away, and there were some initial hiccups at my end with arranging delivery and suitable packaging, but Roz in reception was so enthusiastic, patient and helpful in getting it sorted and maintained great communication throughout the transaction. The wheels came with tyres that were advertised as being 5mm+ all over, but I've measured them at a minimum of 6mm on the inner edge and the rest at 7mm, so I think this honesty/underselling/transparency demonstrates that they certainly aren't looking to rip anyone off. There were some spots of paint bubbling on two of the wheels, but having negotiated a fair price, and with the extra life in the tyres, I am still very satisfied with my purchase and experience. If I lived closer, I wouldn't hesitate to have them maintain my car. Thanks again!

I bought a Porsche 993 from Brookspeed and received top notch service from the moment I walked in until the car left the premises. Simon and his team could not have been more helpful. They were transparent and honest at pre purchase negotiations, answering my questions while putting right any issues of concern. Once the deal was done the Brookspeed care did not stop there. As I was exporting the car to New Zealand after a months use, I took it back to Brookspeed and left it in their care for an additional service, clean and delivery to the docks. Due to shipping delays Simon took it on himself to coordinate directly with the shipping agent to make sure the car was safe and not delivered to the docks too early, while communicating with me in NZ. That in itself shows commitment to great service. I could not have been happier with my experience and dealings with Brookspeed. If I ever buy another car from the UK, Simon and Brookspeed will be my first call.
