They damage my car,I find screws and pieces of broken plastic under mat. The jobs was easy, just changing one cable. They need to change the staff.

Booked my car in months ago online with a courtesy car for today. I arrived as scheduled for them to play clueless and say their system doesn't say anything about a courtesy car, yet the confirmation clearly shows there is one booked. Apparently it's due to their systems not working together.. so explain why you've got all other details of my booking if the systems don't work? Need a car to travel for work, so I left with my car and had to reschedule for a month later... Customer service who?
