   My MOT failed on an oil leak .I contacted numerous garages to have it fixed but Duncanson's garage were the only garage who would help me . I was very impressed by their helpful advice to what my car needed and at last now it is all fixed .I would highly recommend this garage and will be looking to use them in the future.

   Absolutely horrendous. Took my car in once and my locking wheel nut key was lost. After calling to see if it had been found it had not. I was told that they would find me a replacement, they didn't. I gave them my number to call me back on several occasions but never did I get a return call. There solution eventually was to replace all my wheel nuts due to their incompetence. It wouldn't have been so bad if it hadn't taken them 6 months to come to that conclusion. Just leaving customers waiting is simply not on with the standard excuse of "it's been very busy". Lots of people are busy, it's common decency that is lacking.
