   Absolutely amazing garage Friendly team and fare pricing. It’s been the 2nd time I took my Mercedes convertible to them, great service on and they found an annoying noise that I’ve had for probably 18 months after some research, they found the problem and rectified it, absolutely over the moon.

   My wife had a service done here 1 month ago. She took it into Nissan for an electrical fault yesterday and they advised it was not road worthy, owed to a “massive crack” In the engine thermostat. They were horrified when she told them it had only been serviced a month earlier. Feeling very let down.

   Very poor service. Recently gave my BMW for full service and an issue with rear wiper water jet not working. While I received the car back after repair, I noticed the plastic parts were not fitted correctly and after a week, the rear wiper stopped working and the BMW logo is not fully going back to home position. Won’t use them again

   Very poor and untrustworthy experience at EDM. Previously I have had good experiences however this time I was left very disappointed. I asked them to fix a minor issue (cigarette lighter), they didn’t do it. They charged me £56 for a check & inspection - normally free at other garages. They quoted me over £800 for an issue with a knocking noise that they couldn’t exactly pin point. I got this fixed at another garage for less than £50! They spent 45 mins & discover numerous issues which needed fixing (such as gear box) - which under proper inspection at another garage was definitely NOT a problem & did NOT need fixing. I wrote this is an email to them explaining my complaint, as a local garage it’s such a shame to have this experience! My response was short, with no effort to address my concerns or change my experience or opinion. Only thing positive I can say is they have courtesy cars you can use if you get your car fixed here. I’m guessing that was the £56 checking & quote fee put to use for two hours hire………..
