It's hard to find a decent garage when you move into a new town. We've had our fair share of pain with other local garages but have finally settled here. The owners are very knowledgable and trustworthy - and that's the winning combo! Our car entered limp mode, we were told that we needed a new turbo and even to consider scrapping the car by other garages. Navigation Auto Centre, fixed the issue without even taking a bolt off. They charge fair price and even offer NHS discount!
I cannot praise the guys that work here enough. My car broke down during the period my child was in and out of hospital. Despite the workload the team had on that week they were able to fix my car and have it on the road in a few hours. They did not inflate their prices and only charged me half of what they should have. Thank you all so much!
The best garage I have ever used!!! I work in Derby but live 65 miles away. I always wait until I'm in Derby to get my car fixed/MoT or Serviced. The guys are nothing but helpful and don't rip you off. They go out of the way to ensure you get the very best service and at a very good cost.
Without doubt the best garage I've ever used. My wife first found them many years ago when I was working abroad. She said that it was the first time that she felt like she wasn't being ripped off because she was a woman!! The guys there are polite, professional and extremely helpful. With regards to cost, they are very competitive and won't change a penny more than they have to and they won't 'invent' parts to change so you can simply forget the 'rip off factor'! Still my garage of choice and will continue to be going forward.
Dropped car off with an overheating Issue charged £470 to change timing chain and was told the car is in good condition and should not expect any major issues. After a month car overheating dropped off and now want £800 to sort head gasket. Mick is more like mickey mouse as a mechanic. Only use these guys for simple jobs, they are thick as 2 short planks with big jobs. Charge main dealer prices.
