   The best garage around. Jo is incredible and so is her team - always helpful, easy to contact and work with, prices are great and they’re always honest. Never had anything ‘upsold’ to me, everything’s straightforward and they’re simply a joy to deal with. I’ve had a few cars with them and never any issues. Highly recommend!

   Superb customer service here. Spoke to Jo regarding a warranty query I had and she was incredibly knowledgeable, polite and efficient. Answered all my questions , booked the car in, explained the situation with my warranty cover and how payment would be calculated. Dropped the car in the following week, Jo kept me informed throughout the day and all in all the car was fixed and available within 5 hours. Brilliant service.

   Excellent service by Monkey Garage, we recently took my partners Mini cooper here to be diagnosed for a oil issue, the garage had advised on the issue and the repairs required. Jo is also very pleasant to deal with and explains the issues promptly and clearly. Will be returning to this garage for any future work we require!

   Dishonest, untrustworthy garage. Recently had all discs and pads replaced by this garage. Prior to going in my handbrake functioned perfectly. So far simple Upon completion of the job my handbrake had excess travel. I took it back to Monkey garage to be told that this is because the rear calliper had coincidentally seized at the same time rear discs and pads were replaced. I explained that it was fine before I brought it in, the lady who works behind the desk got all flustered and thrust the keys in my hand and basically said I should go while it's clear outside and that she'd call me with a quote for a replacement calliper later. Got a call later quoting £145, which I disagreed with and informed that I won't be parting with more cash. Ironically she offered me to show me the issue if I could bring the car down again on the ramp, funny she didn't offer to show me earlier that day?! I wonder why? Just had the car MOT'd and serviced by a 'reputable garage' who have simply adjusted the hand brake for a few quid. Absolutely disgusted that there are still chancers in the automotive industry, using old tricks trying to rip people off of their hard earned money, it's a shame really as I have used Monkey garage a few times and found them OK, well never again, I wouldn't recommend them either not after this. They must be desperate for money if they're trying to rip customers off like this...

   Have used Monkey Garage several times over the last few years. Latest was recent RAC recovery with failed clutch, Just collected car this morning job undertaken within advised time and even slightly cheaper than I thought it would be.Monkey Garage may not your cheapest quote,but I can guarantee that it will the fairest.12/10 for customer support and service.

   Simply the best ! Very honest people who always put the customer first . Cars ,money don t matter that much , it s the experience , the honesty , it's how they treat their customers , it s the fact that they care that puts them on top of any other service garage at least in Derby and i know quite a few and most of them try to rip you off . This garage is my nr. 1 go to . Although I try to find the best price , i always return to this garage because I like to be surrounded by trustworthy people. Keep up the great work !
