   Phenomenal service provided, when I took in my Suzuki Jimny for issues with the 4WD some pretty involved diagnostics work uncovered some weird issues. I was given some brilliant explanations of the issues along with videos to show how the system worked/was diagnosed. This was then followed by a swift and thorough repair job. Cannot recommend these guys enough!

   Amazing experience! Definitely recommend if you need to fix your car. Also as far as I am aware the only place in Derby that deals with engine issues. Approached multiple garages and they all recommended to come here to resolve timing chain issue. The garage noticed few other issues with the car and gave me a call to inform of the issue and to give a quote to resolve it.

   I recently purchased a 2016 Hyundai Tucson from CSM Garage, and I am thrilled with the experience. Shortly after the purchase, an unexpected fault occurred that wouldn't have been detected during the short test drive we conducted, as it was an issue that only became evident after a longer drive. Upon informing the garage about the problem, they were extremely quick and efficient in addressing the issue. They did everything they could to rectify the situation with minimal hassle. All of the car's issues were completely resolved, and it was returned to us in nearly perfect condition. We are very happy with the service provided by CSM Garage, especially their excellent aftercare. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. We love our new vehicle and would definitely choose to do business with this garage again in the future.

   Wel having looked on ebay and other sites i came across this site and found my bmw 320 m sport. The bloke who sorted everything with me called james was a real gent. i had a little problem with the car witch was not one’s fault but james didn’t mess about came and picked it up and sorted it. the car runs like a dream that bloke is a credit to the company iv told him i’ll be comin back for a upgrade 100%

   Recently purchased a vehicle from CSM and upon first looks the car was in great condition, had a few age related issues, nothing i didnt expect, staff was helpful, although slight deceiving. As it was a 2 1/2 hour trip there and then same back I asked for an honest overview of the car, was told “everything works fine and as it should” that the car has had a MOT from them and service etc, before i picked car up, viewed the car and I was happy with how it drove etc, when I got the car home, I noticed how poor of a valet it was, sticky sweets in side door pockets, eveb belongings from the previous owner still in the car, my fault for not fully checking it, but you expect it to be clean when buying from a dealer, a few days after buying the car and having the kids in the car, ive found that two seatbelts dont retract atall, and one is fraying through the middle, which makes me question not only the advisory free “mot” they put on the car with their own garage but the service and the vehicle check they did, I wouldnt say dont buy from this dealer, but i would say be very very careful and check absolutely every little detail as after youve purchased the car and try to ring them about said issues they no longer care as they have your money. I am happy with the car and customer service before buying the car, but unhappy with the issues stated in this review.

   Very friendly and professional, from start to finish. Had a few issues with my car during the warranty period however they were more than happy to get back to their garage to get it sorted with a courtesy car as well so I wasn't left without a car. Genuine people that aren't going to rip you off and honour their warranties.
