   We've used 20 Ten to service all 3 of our families cars for the past 4-5 years.. they're a great local garage.. No fuss, no drama - no nasty over inflated bills or unexpected extras.. if they find anything wrong, they call you and talk through cost effective options. Team all very down to earth and easy to get on with.. Work always very tidy. They also offer a really helpful pick up and drop off service for local customers (if realistically en route for staff) - which regularly takes the headache out of keeping car running alongside holding down a regular job. This team takes the regular chore and anxieties out of running and maintaining a car. Spot on!

   Reliable and trustworthy garage. As a female, there can be a struggle to find a garage where I feel like I'm not being ripped off however I really trust the guys at 20ten and feel like they explain exactly what work is needed or not needed. My go to garage for all vehicle repairs/servicing.

   Engine lights came on and the car was really sluggish, so I gave a call on Tuesday morning and was advised to bring it in for a check that afternoon. Got to the garage, check was done straight away and I was advised that I could leave it there safely but they were at full capacity for the week and likely wouldn't get to it until the following week. This was evidenced by the number of nehicles on the lot at the time. In any case, I received a call late morning on the Friday to say that it was all done and ready. Absolutely never been let down by this team and would highly recommend them.

   I had my electric car serviced there last June and the same car MOT'd this January. On both ocassions I waited in their waiting room, which is simple but quiet and comfortable. The staff, quite young were polite and friendly, they were spot on with timing and their prices are sensible. I will definitely use them again.

   Awful and disgusting experience! Avoid these cowboys!! Never have I had worse service than with 20Ten garage. They fitted faulty part and I paid £300 for the service. For 2,5 months they refused to fix it citing no more parts in stock. I must have called 20 times chasing them and came to the garage 10 times before they gave me the right part number so I decided to order it myself online and it came in 3 days. They refused to give me money back or fit a new part properly. Avoid these scammers!!!!
