   Just had my ac re-gassed today. Can’t find the right words but I’m really grateful to them. Since i was only paying for gas, i didn’t expect anything else but they still tested the system thoroughly for leaks and also added the shot and antibiotic spray to the system. As much as i wanted to add these things to the package because i have a one year old daughter, i didn’t because i couldn’t afford it. But thanks to them, they did it anyway. I was so surprised and awestruck that i even forgot to ask his name before i say thank you. So I’m taking this opportunity to thank you from bottom of my heart.

   Mark the owner of the business was very informative and professional going about his business in servicing my Air conditioning for my car. He was quick and talked me through each procedure that he was carrying out. Leaving no doubt in my mind that my car was in good hands. The proof in the pudding was a fully functioning air conditioning delivering nice chilled air into my cabin. I have no hesitation in using his services again and will be utilising his services to conduct the same procedures for my wife's car.

   Great chap and all round great business, sorted my aircon in less than 20 mins and it was all good and working. Would definitely recommend to a friend way cheaper then garages and quite rare to get a guy now who knows what he's on about … definitely worth the money.

   Same old, arrive on time, be seen on time. The usual excellent service for my annual drain and replace (provided he doesn't find a fault) and 20 minutes later driving away with the AC working perfectly. Thanks again, I'll see you soon for my wife's car :)

   Great service received from Kool car! Friendly and efficient service and when a leaking condenser was diagnosed on my first visit, a new one was ordered for a great price through them and it was delivered the next day to my house to be fitted by one of their recommended technicians (Steve in my case). I have no hesitation in recommending them and have already done so!

   Really excellent experience. Booked appointment online which was so easy. Got a email reminder the day before.Tested for leaks including UV, tested pressure and then added new refrigeration fluid. All this in 15 minutes. I now have ice cold air conditioning.Really nice friendly knowledgeable guy with no bull added. Has no problem with you watching all he does and answer any questions. Kool car only do air conditioning and you can tell. Highly professional operation. Excellent prices. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. I’ll be definitely using them again in the future.
