An amazing experience and value for money. I started going there a few months ago and every visit is better than the last. Emily is very skilful and fast. Her work is flawless and regardless of the complexity of the design we bring to her, she always succeeds in delivering. I highly recommend them as apart from the good work they are doing, they are very clean, very polite and the establishment is close to a large parking and the town centre (in case you want to do some shopping before or after). The price always depends on the complexity of the work, but it has been affordable so far.
They may have good colours and skills however customer service is lacking and their appointments always overrun. Absolutely no point booking as they’ll never keep the time. Today they messed up and I was waiting an hour in which time someone who came in after me was seen before me.. it’s always chaos and they totally overbook! Never get an apology and being a regular customer spending £70 each month means nothing either. There’s so much choice around so have gone elsewhere after a year!
Best place to get your nails done. You might be waiting quite a while but it’s always worth it. Never feel like I’m being difficult if I don’t like the colour or anything, all staff are great and friendly
Amazing place, great atmosphere, perfect techniques for nails, incredible sort of colours, glitters. The pedicure was one of the best I've experienced. I am highly recommending to everyone.
Absolutely awful, they took off my gel nails and did not use proper procedure. I was a bit naive but they scraped off the gel and did not use foils. My nails are now trashed, break every 5 minutes and I have an infected thumb. I have never had bad nails in my life before so am really upset. Also they demanded bank transfer or cash without telling me beforehand and would not let me leave without paying. Would never ever use them again or recommend. I also don't believe they used the correct product to take off the gel.
So impressed! Fast and efficient and more than two weeks on and my nails are still going strong.
Small wait, but that was expected, as we didn't have an appointment. The people doing my nails were nice enough, and the prices were fair. There was a small amount of roughness whilst filing my nails, but no more so than other places I have been. The only fault was that the colour range for normal polish on acrylics was very based around naturals and there weren't that many bright colours or pastels. Despite this I was super happy with the service and my nails, and I would definitely go there again. (I ordered a full set of acrylics with normal polish, in the coffin shape, which would normally be £25, but I had a different colour on every nail, so it was £27 which is around the standard price for similar at other nail salons)
