Visited this salon for the first time today. Had BIAB and painted christmas colours. Really pleased,very professional. Definitely be going back
I booked in for full set on my hands and I booked it for 2oclock and I didn’t get my slot that I booked for over a hour and a half! Then I had 3 different people working on them here and there. Was home by 6 o’clock. Won’t be trying them again. Deffo a fat no from me!!
Excellent services i got last week. One of best i got in Reading. But i found difficulty in Parking. I request the owner to make sure the parking in front of shop should be only for customers. There should be a proper notice displayed that says NO PARKING so that no one can park in front of shop except the customers. I will visit again soon. Thank you

Absolutely thrilled with my nails. Exactly what I asked for and a great price. Staff were lovely and took their time making sure to get my nails perfect which they are! 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be back.
Exceptional value for money, Kai and Ali are very kind and my nails are always great. The only thing I will say is that you may have to wait a bit even if you have an appointment as the salon is usually pretty busy but your patience will be rewarded !
Really awful customer service and I think the owner is a racist too. I booked an appointment for pedicure and manicure at 12.30 pm. I was been given green signal for the appointment. On reaching I had to wait for 45 mins for my pedicure. There were already customers and two people were absolutely running between them to struggle to finish. In the mean time while I was on my pedicure, few other people came without any appointment and they immediately left me without completing my service and started attending them. I repeatedly requested them I have been waiting for long, to do mine first, but what the owner said was just sorry which was meaningless. I waited till 3pm, so had to skip lunch time, so was even very hungry already, with no one still attending. I have a three months old left at home with my husband and he was continuously calling, as he was unable to manage her at home. I couldn’t come off as my service was incomplete and left at. Finally at 3.15 again I was given the rest of the service after they completed those customers who came without any appointment and didn’t even wait at all. I was there from 12.30 till 4 and most of the time to wait and frustrate. My question is, if appointments are not required and you serve them whoever you like and wish to, then why do you even take appointments? Secondly I am also a regular customer and pay no less than others, then why such treatment? In a session, the owner asked me, if I am Indian, so what if I am Indian, does that mean, I have to wait? I did go consecutively 3 months for nails to Kai’s but with the behaviour this time today, NEVER AGAIN! Owner literally insults you on face by his behaviour. I wish I could rate 0 star. Please read my experience and think twice before going there.
Very kind owner, and provided lovely warm service. Also executed manicure skilfully, in addition to his partner also finishing manicure with precision. Owner Kai, offered refreshment also! Very welcoming and warm atmosphere provided! Recommend to all! :)
My appointment was on Tuesday 4th January 2022. I had my old acrylics soaked off, had a lovely manicure then a shellac paint. They look amazing, very pleased with the whole appointment, very clean and professional and Covid safe. Definately will be going back next time ☆
