   Jeff and the team are amazing! I had a chip in my tooth which Jeff easily and seamlessly fixed. Attached a before and after :) So pleased with the results and very happy with the quality of care and service I received from The Dental Group.    I had a genuinely great experience at The Dental Group. The reception staff were very friendly from the moment I arrived, which made a really positive start to the appointment. I went in for a crown and couldn’t believe they managed to make it and fit it on the same day. Dr Jeff O’Carroll was brilliant – calm, clear, and extremely skilled. He talked me through everything without rushing, and the whole process ended up being much easier than I expected. Honestly, it’s rare to leave a dental appointment feeling impressed, but I did. I highly recommend giving The Dental Group a visit.

   Jeff is a life saver, I woke up on Monday morning with the worst pain in the world and was due to go on holiday on Wednesday and definitely would not of made it the pain I was in. I explained this and Jeff offered to stay late after hours on Monday and help me!! Thank you so much you saved a family holiday Now pain free and enjoying the sunshine, Not all hero’s wear capes but the dental group definitely should!!

   Jeff and his team at the Dental Group are amazing. All the staff are very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I have been a patient at this practice for 16 years. I first went there after receiving poor treatment from another dentist. Jeff examined my teeth and discovered many issues not found by the previous dentist. He discussed in depth the issues and different options available to rectify these and I decided on a smile make over. The treatment was painless, carried out with care and every step was explained to me. The result were amazing to say the least! My teeth are still admired by everyone I meet some 16 years later. I highly recommend The Dental Group and all its staff. If you are looking for a 5 star service then look no further and become a patient here. They will not disappoint you.

   From Jess and her sister at front desk ;) to Everyone in the practice, they were super friendly and made me feel really comfortable. They explained everything clearly and provided knowledge and insight on current and potential dental issues which was awesome. The vibe was relaxed, so I didn't feel anxious at all. Definitely recommend this place if you want a professional dental visit!

   I recently visited The Dental Group in Southampton for a repair of my retainer and was extremely impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, Maria and Caroline was friendly and welcoming, and they made me feel at ease. Dr. Jeffrey was also fantastic - he was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything to me in detail.    Absolutely love this dental practise! I'm very anxious when it comes to visiting the dentist and they put me at absolute ease. They were all so sweet and brilliant at advising and talking you through the process/all possible outcomes. All dental nurses are all really experienced and they and their assistant dental nurses where so friendly yet professional. Don't get me wrong, the prices are slightly high but it is private so you cannot complain. They're worth every penny of what you pay. I got booked in for a consultation, got a next day appt and then they had a cancellation so they could squeeze me in so I could have a pain-free smile for Christmas!

   I couldn't be more thrilled with my smile make over. From start to finish the entire staff at the practice were incredibly helpful and supportive. I had two consultations with Jeff, which really helped to determine exactly what I wanted to achieve. Though the actual make over day is long, everyone is so lovely that it doesn't feel too bad. It isn't actually as uncomfortable or painful as you might think and you even get lunch! The final result is better than I could ever have expected, I have shiny white teeth and look like I should be on Selling Sunset! Jeff and the nurser (who was amazing) both stayed late to ensure the result was perfect. I am so happy with my new teeth, Jeff is a true master of what he does. Honestly if you are considering a smile make over you cannot go wrong at The Dental Group, it will be the best money you have ever spent.
