Due to many reasons it had been a long time since I had been to the dentist so I was extremely nervous. However, everyone I met at Hilltop last week put me at ease and talked me through each stage. I am very happy and have booked in my next two appointments knowing everything that will be done and how much it will be. Thank you.
What a fantastic experience I had at Hilltop Dental Practice. On entering the practice I received a warm welcome from the practice receptionist, Sue. I was offered a drink and a place to sit whilst I waited for my appointment. The waiting area is immaculate and there is a selection of warm drinks or water. I had my dental check up with Sarah-Jayne who was so friendly and attentive to my needs, making sure I was comfortable and talking me through the entire process. The care she offered was fantastic and very thorough and I felt very at ease in the chair! I came back for a hygienist appointment with Amy and Irmina and again, I could not fault the care I received. They talked me through the whole process and gave great advice on what I could do at home to receive the best results. Thank you so much Hilltop Dental! Overall, a brilliant dental practice with a team that are truly dedicated in helping their patients. Highly recommend!
From being an extremely nervous patient, who had tooth pain so was forced to face my fear. To a patient that now does not dread the dentist! Sarah-Jane and the team have been extremely patient and provide a calming practice. From the welcoming reception to the relaxed calming environment of the dentist room. All of which have been a great help for me to feel comfortable. Being able to take the treatment at my pace and knowing what is going on step by step has been a game changer. The calming view from the room and the music has helped relax me. I must also thank Harry the hygienist who makes it feel like a spa treatment. His calming, kind and gentle approach has changed my view on the hygienist treatment! I can not recommend the dentist highly enough! They are just amazing!
We had a fantastic experience at Hilltop Dental Practice this morning. My 7-year-old son was seen for treatment and the team were absolutely amazing with him – so patient, kind, and reassuring throughout. The whole process was completely painless, and he walked away smiling (which says it all!). We’re really grateful for their care and professionalism – highly recommend!

I've always been very nervous of dentist but as soon as I went thru the doors I was greeted with a very nice reception who put u at ease and my experience with my dentist was very much the same kind and very reassuring made me completely at ease I'm so glad I made the decision to try them and am very happy with my treatment
This is a lovely dental practise the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Sarah Jayne is so lovely. I’m a completely petrified patient and she is so gentle with me, we take any treatment at my own pace. Can’t recommend highly enough.
Both John and Sarah-Jane are fabulous dentists who put patients at the centre of their treatment policies and I have no hesitation in recommending them both.
The best dentist in Southampton. Dr. Sarah is the best doctor I ever meet in my life, very cheerful and professional. The place is great, easy access and lots of parking space and a very lovely receptionist :)
This is the best dentist I have ever had. For many years, I have seen the fantastic Wendy Swinn my dentist. Yes, it is a private dentist but, I get very professional service and exemplary customer satisfaction. Very calming and reassuring too. Always a cheerful welcome by her and receptionist. Easy access and parking.
