Originally 1* Asked if public or NHS. Then NHS patients repeatedly told all about dental cleaning at £85 a time! This is something that we can not afford, as if this is to put us off calling. If people give up calling, how are we to cancel appointments which then get missed? Even when asked to postpone, the original time is not freed up for rebooking, while the original patient gets rebooked! Hence the bad attendance rate, adding to costs. Reception good once through. Latest 4* They actually contacted me to have a check up. When I called back I received the same irrelevant recorded message as before. However, I did then get through to the receptionist who booked my appointment with the hygienist who would have been able to do my routine check. Not only did she do this but she was able to replace a small filling and referred me to the senior dentist for further treatment. Brilliant! It would now be 5* except for the initial recorded message.

I Was advised to have a small filling by Suma she said if I have private health cover it would cover a private filling which cost me in total with their examination £207. It took a matter of five minutes. No injection needed only to find out that my private health cover would only cover £70 which she must’ve known. I would of had a silver filling but she told me it would probably fall out and a white filling would be much stronger I shouldn’t have been so gullible My son had an appointment the following week he was also told that he needed a small white filling which would also be £200 and she could do it there and then like she did with mine. My son declined but for me it was the quickest £200 I’ve ever spent? I feel like been robed

There is something very wrong about this dental practice. I have cancelled my appointment, many days in advance! Then receptionist asked me if I would like to postpone and I said “NOT AT THE MOMENT, I will call you later sometime” Then she said: “Make sure you will book another appointment, because you need to pay for the filling” Now, I don’t quite understand what she meant because no filling has been done!!! It was meant to be done at appointment that I have cancelled!! I won’t be coming back to that practice. They don’t act or look professional. It seems like they are not real dentists and I mean it….

Just visited to have a filling. The receptionist who dealt with me was lovely. She called to cancel my appointment and spent a long time squeezing me into a new date as I was going away. The young man who did my filling did a great job and was very pleasant and chatty. Well done all round.

I have been coming here for years now, but recently extremely pleased with the service given here. Receptionists are lovely, and open to help whenever needed. I have had Claire as my doctor for all my appointments so far, and I am so pleased with her work. She is extremely professional, always has a smiley face, and will give you feedback after every appointment with dental hygiene, or other issues you may not be aware of. Thanks so much team, and especially Claire!
