   I have just finished my Invisalign treatment with Oakwood Dental Practice and I cannot recommend them highly enough! Throughout my treatment the staff were so lovely, professional and well organised so the entire process felt smooth and stress free. Grethe is fantastic and ensures that you are happy with absolutely everything in each appointment, her attention to detail is amazing. I recommend Oakwood dental practice to everyone!    I am an extremely nervous patient, the sleepless nights before, needing to psych myself up to arrive, shakey hands, racing heart, close to tears, the full works. However, this is the first time in many, many years I have regularly been to the denist for checkups and had work done and tried to face the fears and that is solely down to the care and compassion of Oakwood Dental Practice. I moved to them about 18months ago having seen reviews about their care for the anxious patienrs-And they weren't lying! Anna (dentist) couldn't be more kind to me if she tried, and works very hard at easing my anxieties and ensuring any work is pain free. The ladies at reception desk also go above and beyond too in supporting the process to be as smooth as possible. All the symptoms I described above are still there. However, I do still go and that's solely down to them. Never any judgement, only care. I would 100% recommend, they will look after you.

   Absolutely fantastic dental practice. I was referred by my current dentist for a tooth extraction. The reception staff, dental nurse and dentists were all really reassuring, I was incredibly nervous and the dentist really put my mind at ease. 10/10 to everyone- I’d 100% recommend the practice. The follow up care also was a really nice touch. Thank you xx

   Thank you to Oakwood a dental Practice for being incredible today . From the friendly and helpful receptionist Liv to Sue , Hygienist and her Dental Nurse Holly who treated me today. I have to see the hygienist every 4 months due to inflammation of the gums and I am really petrified of the dentist but today was the best experience I've ever had. It was almost enjoyable . Sue made me feel so comfortable , talking to me Al the way through the procedure and altered the treatment to support my fear and anxiety and minimise discomfort . This meant so much to me . Thank you thank you thank you!

   I went to this clinic for cosmetic reasons and I couldn’t be happier. I knew my old veneers were misaligned and chipped, but only realised how bad they were after comparing the before and after photos side by side. Grethe did a great job with my front teeth and put me at ease when my gag reflex kicked in, making the whole experience bearable. My teeth look natural now and I am again able to chew without discomfort. Overall I am very pleased with my experience at the practice.

   I changed to this dental practice earlier this year purely due to difficulty reaching my old practice due to increasing levels of traffic, rendering it impossible to reach the surgery for early morning or late afternoon appointments to fit in with work. I introduced my mother to Oakwood in July and they have been brilliant with her. We started the process of fixing mum up with new dentures in time for her 80th birthday. Unfortunately Mum had a serious fall in September and following a CT scan not only did she have a broken elbow and ribs they discovered that she was terminally ill. Following discharge from hospital it was very apparent that Mum would not be able to return to the surgery to finalise the fitting process of the dentures. I asked Hennie if he could visit Mum instead. He agreed and despite the understandable obstacles of not having a patient close to all tools and equipment within the surgery she now has an amazing new set of teeth that don't slip, slide or cause discomfort. Thank you to the practice for going above and beyond to ensure that Mum now finally has a fabulous set of dentures. I would truly recommend this practice to anyone. I'm also extremely happy with the service I have received. Try them. You won't be disappointed.

   I have just had my teeth straightened at Oakwood using Invisalign. I am absolutely delighted with the results. From my first consultation with Grethe to my final checkup I have received a fantastic service. When deciding whether to go ahead I was given lots of information to help make the decision, every checkup has been informative, guiding me through the process (including whitening of my teeth too) and I’ve always been confident that if I had a problem or query Grethe would be on the end of the phone. Having considered straightening my teeth for years I’m so glad I finally took the plunge! Thank you Grethe!
