Our first visit to White's was based on a friend's recommendation as we were looking for a dentist for Archie who need orthodontic treatment. Archie felt immediately comfortable with Ben and has been a regular and happy visitor ever since. Being local is a great advantage. For a while the rest of the family remained with another dentist who subsequently closed. At this point there was no question of where we would go for dental care and we've been at White's now for several years. The staff are all extremely welcoming, the facilities are spotless and the early evening appointments fit around school and work. I wanted to send this view of the beyond excellent service I have experienced from Ben White and his team. As a Mr Average and normal person of 64¼, fearful of dental visits, teeth going south and gums going north I eventually needed new implanted teeth. My wife had a similar problem some years previously and on her promise of pain free treatment I went to Ben White for advice on a solution to my problems. Without reservation the welcome your receive from Heidi and Lisa immediately put you at ease and after a few visits it is more like visiting friends with the dental work being secondary. Ben’s work with his support team is professional, caring and from my part pain free. Today I visited the White Hygienist for the first time and I must say, without detriment to my previous Hygienists work, I have never had the thorough "service" I experienced today. You certainly get what you pay for at White’s and the service given throughout the time taken to create that smile we all want is well over the expectation transom. BIG THANK YOU.
My husband and I have attended White's for about 12 years and find it to be a highly professional dental practice. A few years ago I decided to have an orthodontics procedure to correct a life-long click in my jaw and straighten my teeth in the process. It was quite daunting but Ben kept me informed throughout each stage and, thanks to his expertise, the results were fantastic and well worth the 2 years or so that it took to complete. The staff are friendly and caring and I always enjoy my chats with the girls. I've no hesitation in recommending Ben and his team to anyone in need of good dental care.
