   Myself and my family have been part of this practice for many years and saw the transition from when Dr Patel took over. This practice is wonderful, all staff are welcoming and friendly. Lucy (hygienist) is brilliant with myself and my husband and Dr Patel is the most calm, patient and understand dentist. I am a nervous patient but she always makes sure I am as settled as possible. They are also brilliant with children, couldn't recommend this lovely practice more.

   I had my dental check-up as well as a hygienist’s appointment this morning and, as always, I received excellent care and attention. From the moment you enter the building, the super efficient Receptionists handle your appointment, paperwork and payments with a smile. Both my dentist and hygienist were professional, proficient and gave excellent care, constantly explaining what they were doing, and why, as well as giving hints & tips as how to achieve the best outcomes in home dental care, going forward, until my next appointments.    Had to visit today because of toothache. Firstly the reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Dr Patel checked my tooth and gave me some options of what she could do to make me more comfortable. She was totally professional, telling me stage by stage what she was doing and the dental nurse was on hand if I needed support. I was treated first class - thank you Bassett Dental

   Just got back from an appointment with Alecs. The reception staff are great. They are welcoming, always helpful and considerate and do their best to solve any questions. The practice itself is looking smarter and more professional than in the past, thanks to its renovation. Alecs shows genuine kindness and care for her patients and goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable and ok during treatment. Today she showed a real interest in my general health and even offered her assistance with an issue - who knew dentists were able to communicate with GPs etc when there are concerns! I felt listened to by both her and her nurse. Thank you to the whole team.

   Had an excellent first time experience from the moment I walked in the door! Lovely friendly receptionist greeted me, was very early so waited for 20 minutes and then got to meet Dr Patel. She was kind and courteous and answered my questions. Took the time after my checkup to have a chat with myself and her assistant about my coming holiday and affording implants! I left feeling very welcome and really happy I’d made a good choice!!

   I've been going to this practice for many years & it has definitely been improved substantially by the current team. Dental staff are very thorough, informative & offer advice & encouragement. Reception staff are friendly & efficient. Related admin is very smooth & I never have to wait long for my appointment. The whole building has undergone a complete refurbishment so feels modern, light, clean & attractive. I'm very pleased with the service & treatment I receive.
