   We all met up yesterday ….their was 8 of us ….but two couple were running late so all sat down at 4-00pm instead of 3-30pm Had to order your meal on line before hand ..As they said they was a busy restaurant so making sure they had enough ? Anyway never put down starters or pudding as we waiting to see if the main would full us all … Came in just sat down and the waiter was over we the meals ….Luke warm by the way but my hubby said his steak was cold ….He not the type to complain !! As I said we all said it was Luke warm …. Told the guy who was serving us ,As he said I will take it on board ….. Just as we finished a waitress came over as asked how yous paying Cash or card ? Some was just finishing off their meal ,…. wasn’t even asked if you want a pudding …But no fault of her ‘s as it was the manager or supervisor who sent her over ….The table wasn’t booked for another hour so plenty time if we all needed pudding …..Even if they came in and we was still their they could say go to the bar and your table would be ready ….It was like shove your grub down your throat and get out … What got us my brother in law went to speak to Cindy the manager /Supervisor ….Instead of listening to her customers she walked away from him and said she’s too busy !! …Really …Carry on like at and yous have no customers….Think Cindy needs to go on a management coarse as can’t treat your customers like at ..No one will go back ….Would we …If attitude changed and was treated better yes ,just now No

   Advertised Hazyday and a free sample and on the sign said 1/3 sample. Though we were charged for this sample. When questioned we were told upper management made the decision to not actually give out free samples and charge customers. Another customer asked what we were drinking and and we told them about the situation where you are actually charged for a free pint. Member of staff then piped up and claimed that you do actually get a free taster and that they didn’t make the sign. Pretty poor to claim to offer a 1/3 pint taster then actually charge for it

   Nice traditional pup in Aberdeen. Good selection of beers on tap and nice looking food menu. The snack menu we chose of was very good, food well cooked and the service was really good too.

   Nice food, nice live music but lazy waiters, waited a very long time to get our beer to the table while they were not serving anyone but laughing behind the counter chatting to eachother. Kitchen was closed 30 minutes before the time declared on maps, which ended up with us getting a refund on a order we placed. That's very sad.

   An interesting, very old building that is now a pub in the Bellhaven / Greene King chain. Whihc means dependable quailty for drinks and food. We stopped for lunch during a one-day visit to Aberdeen and found it a comfortable place with good service that was friendly, polite and unhurried. The food we had was excellant (Haddock and chips is huge portion and extremely well cooked fish). Much better than the average city centre chain pub (especially the chain opposite)

   Pleasant evening spent in here. Decent size pub, nice inside and tv screen (football on at the time). Good choice of drinks and decent food menu. Bar staff were very friendly

   Pleasant pub with a very high level of cleanliness. It felt fresh and the food and drinks were just what we were looking for at the time. Awesome Chicken Tikka and a good enough fish and chips. The house red was perfectly drinkable!
