   I’d love to give 50 stars but it only goes to five! This garage is amazing , the work is done effectively , they’re reliable , chatty and overall kind, they pre warn you before doing any work, tell you about the cost on parts etc ! And keep you updated throughout the process , I’d recommended this garage to everyone not just for been amazing mechanics and a great garage but because they don’t rip you off they only do work that actually needs doing ! , got to be the best one in burton! Thank you guys for fixing my car and making it a smooth process! Dean you’re a star! Will use this garage as long as I have a car!

   Used Big Dean for many years for repairs and services on all our family cars without a problem always accommodating and professional. However ,recently had an alternator replaced on one of the cars (which they fitted us in very quickly ) was quoted around £70 for the altenator plus labour, then charged £340 for the job which we didnt get a call on before work was carried out,.On reciept of the vehicle the airconditioning was not working and we called to book the car in for testing / regassing and was let down on two subsequent days so took it to another garage who informed us that the reason the aircon is not working is because the compresser was removed to get easy access to the altenator and the system hadn't been regassed when refitted. As we spent another £55 to have it regassed I called DJC motors to discuss and to ask for the refund of the regassing as they should have carried this out at the time. Its been a week now and as yet still waiting for a call back. They seem to have lost their touch so we wont be using them again.
