   Terribly rude!! One of the rudest people in the service industry I have had the misfortune to deal with. They dont even deserve the 1 star, I would give negative stars if I could. Went to these guys to ask for a quotation for fixing slight play in the anti roll drop linkage and the first thing he utters is "so you are bored while waiting at BABs (tyre center next door) are you?". I initially laugh considering it a banter however I soon realised that mockery was intended and he was serious. He looked visibly offended that I popped in for a quotation while waiting for BABs to change tyres. He then turned my request for the quotation down saying, "we have enough jobs in our hands already".

   I used the garage for my recent MOT. It was booked in last minute as I was travelling and had little time to book in advance. The staff, although clearly very busy, understood my situation and went above and beyond to help. I was able to wait in the office and found everybody to be friendly and very efficient. The price was cheaper than the last garage I had an MOT and my car passed without any extra costs like bulb replacement or fob battery etc that I have had from other places. Thankyou to all at clifmere for going the extra mile and helping me when I was stuck. All I can say for the lady who answered my first call was that her level of service is exemplary.

   I was recently on holiday in Derby whereupon unfortunately my car heater matrix failed and I was lucky enough to be directed to Clifmere. Not only were they able to source the heater matrix for me but they worked tirelessly into the weekend to get me back on the road at a very reasonable price!! Many thanks to Nathan and Tim

   First time visit to Clifmere. Really impressed with how efficient and professional the whole outfit is. They got my van in quickly as I had forgotten it was due an MOT. Special mention to Lydia for fitting it in and Nathan for fab job done and great advice. Highly recommend.
