Horrible experience at this garage! All they want is your money and go far as instilling car parts with minor issues, so they can ask you for even more money to fix the problem they caused. They are pure scammers, especially the bodywork shop. do not go there for anything, even minor issues. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!

Lazy people I walked in this place to get my rear parking sensor fixed, but the car mechanic told me it can’t be done without prior appointment booking. I booked the appointment, waited for 4 days and visited again on booked time on Saturday, car mechanic told me this may take 2-3 hours and will have to leave the car there. after two hours mechanic called and told me the estimated price, I requested to provide the quotation to present to my warranty company, car mechanic told me that due to busy schedule he cannot give the quotation on same day and asked me collect on Monday. I could not visit the place on Monday but on Tuesday I went to collect the quotation. Mechanic noted down my email id, phone number and vehicle details and assured me that he will be sending quotation over email. On Tuesday full day I kept waiting for the quotation and called them up 4 times (2 times could not connect as line was busy) they assured me that they will do it tomorrow. On Wednesday I talked three times to car mechanic but at last again he asked me to wait for tomorrow. I don’t understand if it takes so many days to provide a simple quotation, how much time thy would have been taken to fix the real problem I decided not to go ahead with this place and get the issue fixed from somewhere else. I won’t recommended this place for faster and quicker services
Very bad experience with this garage. Had the head gasket repaired and ever since then the car has been overheating and spitting the coolant out. I now have taken it back to this garage about 5 times with the same problem in less than an year. Every time they do on thing or the other and assure me it’s all done but I drive for a bit and get a warning message on the dash saying “Coolant level low.” I got a second opinion from a more trusted mechanic and they said ‘whoever replaced the head gasket for you haven’t done it right’. Only because I have already paid them for the head gasket, I am bound to go back to them with this problem otherwise I would never take my car in this garage. They might be good for MOTs but I would rather suggest take your car somewhere else.
Best MOT centre in Derby. Very quick and reliable repairs. Have had no problems and the guys have been extremely helpful. Excellent service in comparison to other locals.
i recently visited this garage and it has changed alot, professional service and free wifi while i waited for my mot. iv lived in derby all my life and this mot station is on top of the list for mot and repairs. Friendly staff and affordable rates. hight recommended.
