I noticed this 1 star review and I felt terrible because people like us who have good experiences with this practice never post. My family has been using this practice for years with no issues. My two children 9&12 are very comfortable with their dentist (who has now left) and have visited like clockwork every 6months except during COVID. The nurses are polite and helpful . I especially find the reminder texts very useful. I couldn't fault them really
