   Needed some plumbing bits to get my job wrapped up and the chap behind the counter went the extra mile to dig around out the back and find me what I needed even though they were very busy. He could just as easily have said "nah mate we don't do them, if it's not on the shelf we ain't got it.. next please!" It wasn't a lucrative sale in the slightest and I've only held an account for under a year and my spend with TP is not high as my business is still young but as I expand in the years to come it is little moments like this that encourage me to consider Travis Perkins as one of my first options when purchasing materials for my jobs.    I have made online purchase of doors including handles hinges . All delivery has been split to 3 parts. Two delivery has been late for over 24 hours and no information about delays. I have called today 15th of November Travis Perkins Reading Acre Road and been told by last part of delivery will come to me within 2 hours . I have been waiting at construction side until 7 pm . No one has come . Two stars only for quality of goods Minus 3 stars for customer service and delivery Dariusz
