   Good experience today; went to get new wipers for car, staff found blades and removed old (disposed) and fitted new ones; good price also (Bosch) I asked for a new screw/cap for back number plate (had fallen off) and screw was rusted; gave me for no price Staff asked if I was a member, which I am and had forgotten and also have a £5 voucher! Overall good experience! Cheers

   I received a good service from a young man working at the Inverurie store as my battery went flat in the car park of that shopping area. He not only checked my battery to see if this was the issue but also sourced a new battery from the store and fitted it to allow me to return home, as I had my 84 year old mother with me in the car. He was polite well-mannered and helpful.

   I had been looking at a product for about 3 weeks and my local store, Inverness, didn't have it in stock, but Inverurie ( near Aberdeen and about 90 miles away) did and a few stores in England had it as well. As I was travelling to Inverurie on another matter I tried to relocate my product on the halfords website but could not find it. Anywhere. Decided to go into the Inverurie store on 13 oct 2025 and ask, and once inside a female assistant at the desk listened to my sob story and located my product in under 30 seconds. I was really impressed and would like to say thank you so much to the lady with glasses for her expertise. Nice one Halfords another satisfied customer.

   Had 2 car headlight bulbs fitted while I did shopping at another shop. Also offered car check which was done & advised coolant a little bit low, but all other checks good. Very helpful/friendly service.

   I had to get to Inverurie for a covid and flu vaccination. On the way there, my driver side wiper decided to pack up. Thankfully Halfords were still open. Replaced and very friendly staff! Thank you so much.

   Two e bikes serviced at the store. Service was great, both bikes cleaned for pick up. Booking process poor, via a call centre who didn’t know what the pre paid service was and booked a free check. Staff at the store sorted this quickly. Services completed in two days, e mail notification to pick up. Only issue was no paperwork provided to reflect what had been soon in service. Staff member said none is provided which is poor, hence lower score. Learning point for store is that customers would perhaps like the opportunity to see what has been done and have a record of the service
