   visited Sonam at Bupa Dental today and she was incredible from start to finish. I’m genuinely terrified of needles and needed a filling, but she put me at ease straight away. She carried out her checks, took X-rays and explained clearly that we might be able to do the filling without anaesthetic, including what I might feel. We agreed to go ahead and she was so calm, gentle and reassuring throughout. Her dental nurse Emma was brilliant too. They both created such a relaxed atmosphere that I actually found myself laughing before the procedure began. During the filling, Sonam talked me through each step which made a huge difference to my nerves. She checked in with me constantly, gave me breaks when my jaw needed it and made the whole experience far easier than I ever expected. She’s honestly the best dentist I’ve ever been to. The reviews about her are absolutely right. If you’re a nervous patient, she is the person you want to see. Or any patient for that matter! Thank you Sonam, Emma, and the reception team!

   Visited this dentist as I’d been struck off my previous one and let my treatment lapse. After too many years not being seen my mouth was in a bit of a state! Sonam immediately put me at ease and explained everything. Need 4 procedures and X-rays (pricy! But my own fault- so ate humble pie and coughed up) but very relaxed over timescale to have any work done. All staff so lovely! Nurse Tilly especially, very polite and happy, Louise on reception and Sonam in particular. Great dentist and really pleasant. Makes the experience more relaxing and stress free. Thanks Girls!!

   Today I saw dentist Sonam and nurse Tilly. They were amazing. I am terrified of going to the dentists, but they have restored my confidence. I would recommend Sonam to anyone with dental phobia. Sonam is so caring and patient. Tells in detail everything she is about to do. Thank you so much x

   Wonderful dentist practice. I’d like to give special mentions for Sonam and Tilly, lovely ladies, very polite and professional. Kind, friendly, supportive and caring… couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 10/10 job well done :) Also the staff in reception were very kind and helpful also.

   I saw Dr Shah for an extraction, she was very gentle and managed to remove the tooth out in seconds. I would highly recommend seeing her. I am an extremely nervous patient and she put me at ease which I normally never feel when I’m getting any dental treatment done normally.

   If I could give this dental practice a 0 star rating I really would. My partner had a filling done with one of the dentists here and they left a lot of decay in his tooth. He has had to find a different dental practice and become a private emergency just to be seen, as this dental practice said they wouldn't. When he last came for his check up, he said he had pain in his tooth which had a filling, the dentist REFUSED TO DO THE FILLING WHICH IS OUTRAGEOUSLY POOR PRACTICE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. This has lead to my partner needing root canal treatment which the dentist at bupa dental practice neglected. I am beyond angry with them, and will not ever be going back there ever again. Bupa, you have lost 2 patient's!!! Would NOT recommend anyone goes here unless you want neglected teeth!!!
