   HGV INFO: making delivery in artic you drive in and after you finished they'll back you up onto the main road, helpful staff. On arrival you might gonna have to stop on the main road and block their customers cars whilst waiting to be called. Not much else you can do. Very busy road. . If you reverse on black sideded you might not be able to turn right on exit due to parked cars (this is what I did, you gonna have to turn left, left again into a small street and reverse onto a main road, the only way due to 7,5t restrictions.    Good customer interaction, got what went in for and cut to size for free. The cut was excellent in terms of maximising the off cut so I could make use of it. Have been tremendously helpful in the past with various bits of off cuts. If ask, there are often bits that will be given for various projects. Helped for school, beehives, community.

   This is the worst branch, I walk in to the shop were I was ignored by th limited staff, I was then left standing on my own well the one member went out to the yard. A staff member came in and walked pass me and went out the back, when he returned he was abrupt and miserable. Won't be returning.

   Been going to Wallingford branch for building materials. Everyone seems to be very rude and miserable. Every trades man i have spoken to said the same thing. Very rude. People working in machining department seems to be helpful and nice tho. Never again. I have spend a fortune there. Never ever again

   Jewson as a national chain supplier do sell reasonable goods at a sensible price. The value of a local store though very much depends on the staff. In the case of the Wallingford branch I have nothing but the strongest praise for the staff, they are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and prepared to go the extra mile to make sure the customer leaves happy.
