I wouldn`t go anywhere else for my bathrooms. I own a small bathroom fitting business and I don`t look anywhere else for my bathrooms and sundries. Jasmine takes care of everything I need, from customer service to show room visits to designing the room to making sure the goods are in and delivered on time. She checks and double checks and takes care of any issues such as damaged, or wrong items, so the procedure is painless and efficient. Her communication skills and knowledge of products are exactly what a show room needs. Keep it up!!
I am a self employed bathroom fitter and have been using Grahams Plumbers Merchants in Reading for a few years now so thought it time to leave a review…... I honestly can’t fault the service and the prices. If they weren’t good I wouldn’t recommend them to my customers. They have a really great showroom and Jasmine & Sam who work in there are just brilliant. Nothing is too much for them and they are very knowledgeable of the products they sell. If you leave a message they always respond promptly. Deliveries are always on schedule and the drivers are always friendly and willing to help drop the pallets where you ask them to. Strongly recommend using them.
The service and care we received from Jasmine was absolutely outstanding. Her knowledge of the products, advice and ability to support our decisions was absolutely first rate. It’s a shame I cannot put no star rating. I did not have a good experience with this company. I bought an expensive bathroom ceramic sink at full price with the understanding that I was buying a brand new sink. When it arrived it was in an open package with no padding and a label on the package that said ‘Display Showroom’. I contacted the company and received one unsatisfactory reply. The company has completely failed to respond to my subsequent communications even though I copied in the manager of the branch from which I bought the sink. I cannot recommend this company and will suggest that anybody purchasing goods to check them thoroughly before handing over any money!
They like to close early and not helpful or caring in the slightest. So get there early and if you’re in a pickle and it’s a last minute thing then forget these guys.

Good plumbers merchant needed mega flow cylinder at short notice , this afternoon , rang around 3rd time lucky Grahams had one in stock collected this evening , delivered to address and fit tomorrow morning ,
If you’re a tradesman and like to pay over the odds prices, waste huge amounts of time and get the wrong stuff delivered then Graham’s are the merchants for you! If you want a better service, cheaper price and correct items delivered then go next door to Williams and Co. Don’t waste your time with these idiots.
