Yesterday I have a very bad experience with the old lady , this is the second time she charges me more , I tried to make clear this was wrong but again she was doing same think, Making it clear I got £4 money back which I paid around £22 I don’t no in a day how much money they are taking from the customers , management has to look into it

I bought a dozen ribs for barbecue today. It was the worst meat I've ever had, and I'm throwing up right now. After reading the reviews, I realized this store sells expired meat, and I've heard from customers who have had similar experiences. Don't buy meat from here! This business needs to be inspected ASAP. They're endangering people's health!!!
Last week, I went to their meat section and ordered chicken, but the salesman overcharged me. When I objected, he did return the extra money, but he behaved very rudely and disrespectfully, which upset me a lot. However, the Sardar Ji in the grocery section is very nice and friendly. I will never go to the meat section again. It was a very bad experience.
Fantastic local Indian-focused supermarket with top notch staff. Great variety of authentic Indian spices, sweets, snacks, fresh produce, and pantry staples. Small meat section also with some select options you may not find elsewhere. We once forgot an item at checkout and they chased us for 150m down the street to make sure we got it!! Provides seasonal celebratory items as well.
Great stock of all Indian grocery items. Very helpful staff. Opening the meat and fish counter is an added bonus now.

Shopping for the last 1.5 years, always had a great experience. Never found stuff out of stock. The staff is very friendly, always smiling and helpful, and never had any issues with the owner as well. Great price and fresh groceries.
Feels like back in India again, I get everything and great customer service as well, just let them know what you are looking for and if they do not have it they will definitely get it. Nowa days I don't even ask my family to send anything from India as I can find everything here..such great shopping experience....
Over the last few years, Big Bazaar has become my go to for Indian groceries and fresh produce. The mangoes during season are excellent, and this year they had a few different varieties beyond popular alphonso and kesar. The shelves are always well stocked, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I also appreciate their messages on Whats App with updates on what's new in store, when specific stock comes in etc, which is why I prefer to go there first.
