Very clean , well stocked and friendly staff. Manager helped me to find some essential items which I was looking for. Definitely going there again
The worse Tesco store all staff and managers act like thugs and gangs they make up them own rules Customer service rate zero 0 Store dirty and not tidy Out dated food and still sale it Security guard Not professional The whole store need to have staff and managers replaced including the Security guard
Cramped setup, not enough food options / stock was very low. Definitely not one of the best Tesco Expresses I’ve been to. The staff are okay, neither friendly or unfriendly.. very neutral personalities
Very abusive and mannerless staff at Tesco Whitley road. Wonder how a reputed company like Tesco hires such uneducated and untrained staff. They are very quick to put blame on customers. Tesco must take action against such staff. Avoid.
This store is great, cool, range of products- fruit & veg, chilled, frozen. mix of staff who have to bring in items when delivered & keep stocked etc could not live without this store. No idea re packages but see people collecting. They have had to put laundry products & baby food behind counter like alcohol due to shop lifting. Disability friendly but t's compact as an express store. Sometimes things are out of stock & can take while to restock. Generally very happy with store.

Staff are friendly and always there to help what a great community raise money for charity and Kieron doing amazing work as the new manager of Tesco what a turnaround thank you
Although sometimes they will control the people in and out and there are signs asking to keep distance, there is no one way system and the security guard was not wearing a mask at all. I also noticed that all the cheapest items (many Aldi matches) listed in the website, are not being sold at the store. The opening hours are convenient, especially on Sunday, but nothing else is.
