Good place to get something to snack on. M and S brand food is good.Fewer options than the one in high street.
Disappointing experience yesterday. Went to buy some lunch for my Journey. Chose £5.50 meal deal. Till wanted to charge me £7.20 . I queried this with a member of staff. He confirmed i had correct items for £5.90 deal! ( he should know how much the deals are?) He said he would get a manager to correct it. When the manager tried, the price went up to £11.20, to £16.60. He then moved to another till and the price went to £8.20. The faffing about took ages. I then said dont bother as i didnt want to miss my train.. staff training is needed at Reading
M and s in the station is great. You can always get nice food. However one slight piece of constructive feedback is when they closed On strike days. I had no where to go and it was not helpful and I think they could have stayed open for business reasons and to help the community. I have to say though the staff are amazing. They always help you with your bags. Always well stocked. Really nice littler treasure trove in the station.
I saw everything. I got clothes. They even had food. There were so many stuff. Overall a great experience with this place.
Had what I needed and a good selection better than expected.
I want to recommend Abike Sagna who works in this store. He went out of his way to go above and beyond, he helped without being asked and made my experience in the shop excellent - phenomenal customer service, a credit to the M&S brand. Thank you Abike.

Handy location with good quality products available. Plenty of self service tills and just about enough staff if you do need assistance. However as it's a tiny store the selection is a bit too small. It would be better if they could move into a bigger unit.

Very small. Not much choice. Very expensive. This is a grab-and-go kind of shop. Try not to get in anyone's way! A lot of irritable commuters and office workers dash in and out with no time to spare. Definitely an unpleasant atmosphere.
