Always great customer service. Meat, ham etc always fresh. Store is always clean and everything needed is always in stock.
The dough nuts are awesome. Great variety of produce and good value for money.
Is bad I don't really like it cause when my babushka bought meat there they promised 400g but they gave us 300g so I don't recommened you ho there better go to londis and buy a yogurt and londis man's shoes only for 30 pounds! And babushka kisses londis man's feet and they love each other! Bye londis man
Watch out for what's on your receipt! Almost every time after I shopped there, there was something not right. Either the price was different to the one displayed or something was added that I didn't even buy (everything else I bought was there plus the extra item).
This is I think the best Polski sklep in Reading. Staff are friendly, helpful, and seem amused at my efforts at speaking Polish. Meat counter has a broad variety, including classic schab of consistently good quality. There is a wide selection of fresh breads and sweet pastries. The dairy section usually is well stocked with bialy ser. Prices are very reasonable.
A very welcome outlet for the traditional Polish product, groceries and meat mini market. There’s a good choice available. The place looks a bit cluttered and the cash tills slow and need reorganising.
Well stocked Polish shop opened on 28 April 2018. Although shop front is large, it's not that large inside. As you would expect, shop has large counter selling all sorts of interesting meats. Also good selection of tins, packets and drinks. What I didn't see was a deli selling gorgeous Polish cakes unlike the shop on outside of Broad Street Mall. 29/10/2022 - popped in to buy some polish pastries. Large items, tasty and much cheaper than you would pay in the high Street.
All you need to get for Eastern Europe cuisine. Pretty much everything you can find in Polish supermarket in Poland you will be able to buy over here. Wide range dairy products presented.
Wonderful store. Excellent selection of freshly made Polish foods and imported goods. The deli and bakery sections stand out by having a great variety of delicious high quality products. Very good value for money, the prices are surprisingly low for the quality of the items. The store is popular and well kept, with friendly customer service.
