“I’m a regular customer here, but every time I visit, the security staff start following me around the store. It makes me feel uncomfortable and singled out. I’m not doing anything wrong, and I shop here often.
Jacob is very polite. Always friendly and helpful. All the staff are very nice as well.
I went into tesco to buy a couple items and a redbull. As I was at the self checkout the lady on the till was serving someone else and just said I need to see your ID as I was grabbing a bag. As she wasn't looking at me I assumed she was talking to someone else. I then waited for the redbull to be approved for me to pay so i waited for her to serve me. She then asked again for ID which is when I realised she was talking to me, I informed her I didn't have a physical ID only a photo and she just replied "no". I have no issue with not being served as I understand I look younger than I am but what I do have an issue with is being spoken to with disrespect. She was very rude and I feel like she needs some customer training. As someone who works with the public on a daily basis this is completely unacceptable. Her name is Roshni and I hope that something is done about this so no one else has to deal with the ignorance of this women.
Everything is very expensive nowadays. You can buy a product today for £5.50, tomorrow or in two days time the price will rise. Tesco use to be a food shop for middle class, unfortunately not anymore those days

I am so pleased. I went to the shop for the first time to return a parcel. Latasha was there and she was kind and help me how to do it and her treat was 1st quality . Great costumer service.
Good little Tesco's, with a good selection of necessitys also a small selection of polish and also Halal items.
